My word, yinz guys are full o’beans this morning. Happy Thursday, everyone.
Audrey, I’m sure it was less a preemptive compulsion to click, and more of the TypePad server’s stubborn insistence to take its own sweet time with the page load. I have noted your request and made it so.
Oh, lord, you guys are really going to make me build the Stonehenge cake, aren’t you? And just when I thought my structural engineering days were behind me. Ah, well, let’s see what I can do.
Mir, as it turns out, this little display was underneath the subway (in my neighborhood, the subway runs on an elevated platform over the street), on a public sidewalk, so as far as I’m concerned, it’s fair game.
Although now that Mr. Ridge and Mr. Ashcroft are making noise that terrorists are striking again, but we won’t tell you when, where or how!, I probably shouldn’t take it for granted that public streets will be fair game, at least not this summer. Bah.
